What is the ARXUM® Suite Traceability Module?

Maintain an overview at all times in complex, multi-level production and supply chain processes. By backtracking the end product, you can see at any time which components / ingredients have been used. You can also see in which end product the components/ingredients have been used.


Advantages of the ARXUM® Traceability Module

Limit callbacks
By linking components and ingredients across multiple layers of a supply chain, the affected batches can be precisely identified in the event of quality problems in supplier companies. Instead of a rough limitation over the approximate production period, a precise identification of affected products and customers in real time is made possible. The direct and intangible costs of a recall are reduced dramatically.

Merge IDs
In supply chains, products often receive several identification numbers, depending on who assigns them and which system handles the product. N-tier suppliers, incoming goods, production, sales, after sales and spare parts stores may have different IDs for the same part. In addition, there are different series of used components, compatibility tables and discontinued components.

Using the ARXUM® Traceability Module, these IDs from different systems can be automatically combined in one Smart Contract. This enables end-to-end transparency and avoids many time-consuming, manual processes such as printing labels, scanning parts or entering new IDs into software systems.
